Warranty Coverage

12-Month Warranty

All RefurbXpress devices include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers hardware faults that may occur during normal use, including:

• Display or touchscreen malfunctions
• Speaker, microphone, or charging port issues
• Battery performance failure (under standard use)
• Camera or sensor faults
• Mainboard or internal component defects

If your device develops a covered fault, we’ll repair or replace it at no additional cost.

What’s Not Covered

• Accidental damage (drops, water, or impact)
• Unauthorized repairs or tampering
• Software issues or third-party app problems
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic marks
• Battery performance decline due to aging

If your issue isn’t covered, we’ll still inspect your device and offer a fair repair or replacement quote.

Returns Policy

14-Day Change of Mind Guarantee

Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You have 14 days from delivery to return your device for a full refund (excluding shipping).

1. Contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Return the device in its original condition and packaging.
3. Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

How to Make a Warranty or Return Claim

To start a claim, please follow these simple steps:

1. Email support@refurbxpress.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. Our team will guide you through basic diagnostic checks.
3. If covered, you’ll receive a prepaid return label.
4. Once received, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your device within 7–10 working days.

Replacement Devices

If your device is replaced under warranty:

• Your replacement will be of equal or higher grade.
• It carries the remaining balance of your original warranty or 90 days — whichever is longer.

Future Protection (Coming Soon)

We’re developing RefurbXpress+ Protection — a 24-month extended warranty plan that includes accidental damage coverage. Launching soon across Europe.
