UK Next-Day Delivery

All orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day with Royal Mail Tracked 24 Next-Day Delivery.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Deliveries typically arrive within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery Schedule

Orders before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri): Delivered next working day.
Orders after 2:00 PM: Dispatched the next working day.
Weekend orders: Dispatched Monday morning.

UK Mainland: Free Next-Day Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24)
Northern Ireland & Channel Islands: 1–2 business days
Europe: 3–5 business days (Tracked International Shipping)

All orders are shipped from our UK or EU hubs, depending on stock availability.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking number. You can follow your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Royal Mail also provides real-time delivery notifications via SMS or email if you provided contact details at checkout.

International Shipping (EU)

RefurbXpress delivers across Europe from our logistics hubs in Verona, Italy and the Netherlands.

EU orders are shipped via Tracked Priority Services (3–5 business days). All devices are dispatched from within the EU, ensuring no import duties or customs fees.
