What do the condition grades mean?

What is the difference between refurbished and second-hand?
A second-hand device is usually sold as-is. A refurbished device from Refurb Xpress has been inspected, repaired where needed, cleaned, data-wiped, graded and comes with a 12-month warranty and free 30-day returns.
What warranty do I get?
Every device comes with a 12-month warranty covering hardware faults under normal use. If something goes wrong, we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Warranty and returns.
How fast is delivery?
UK delivery is free and tracked. Order before 12pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day for next-working-day delivery.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return your device for a full refund, and returns are free. Refunds are usually processed within 3 to 5 working days of us receiving the item, and always within 14 days.
