Delivery & Dispatch Information

At Refurb Xpress, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Orders placed and paid for before 3pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day wherever possible. For UK customers, we use Royal Mail’s next-day guaranteed services on eligible shipments. During particularly busy periods, please allow up to one to two working days for dispatch.

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Delivery is free on orders over £500. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no hidden shipping charges added later.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automated email confirming that payment has been received and that your order is being processed. This means it has entered our system and is being prepared for dispatch.

Your order status will remain as “processing” until it has been shipped. As soon as it leaves our facility, you will receive a follow-up email containing your tracking details so you can monitor delivery.

To help us respond as quickly as possible, include:

We aim to respond within one to two working days, although this may take slightly longer during peak periods.

Delays, Missing Parcels & Investigations

If you have not received your order within ten working days of dispatch, please contact us so that we can raise an enquiry with the courier on your behalf.

While it is very rare for parcels to go missing, it can occasionally happen. In these situations, we will work directly with the delivery provider to investigate and locate your shipment wherever possible.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost, a claim can usually be made after ten working days and within one month from the original dispatch date.

International Orders & Customs

If international shipping is enabled in the future, please note that once a parcel enters another country’s postal system, any customs checks, delays or charges are outside of our control. Any customs fees would be the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot accept liability for delays caused by customs clearance.
