1. Overview
At Refurb Xpress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All our devices are professionally tested, refurbished, and backed by a warranty. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item in accordance with the policy below.
2. 30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
This applies to:
- Change of mind
- Faulty or defective items
- Items not as described
3. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The device must be in the same condition as received
- All accessories, cables, and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
We may reduce the refund amount if the item shows:
- Physical damage
- Missing parts
- Signs of misuse
4. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind:
- You can return the item within 30 days
- The device must be in resellable condition
- Return shipping costs may be deducted unless stated otherwise
5. Faulty or Defective Items
If your device is faulty:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item
- We will offer:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Or full refund (if repair/replacement is not possible)
All devices include a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults
6. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

- Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Our team will provide return instructions
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
7. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after item is received and inspected
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
9. Non-Returnable Items
We may refuse returns if:
- The return is requested after 30 days
- The item is damaged due to misuse
- The device is returned incomplete
10. Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are:
- Faulty
- Not as described
- Not fit for purpose
