- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays or customs processing.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard delivery across all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
There are no shipping charges applied at checkout the price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.
From time to time, we may offer upgraded or express delivery options, which will be clearly shown if available.
5. Couriers
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and reliable shipping.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers once the item has been dispatched

8. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails:
- The courier may attempt redelivery
- You may need to arrange collection or rescheduling directly with the courier
Failure to collect or accept delivery may result in the item being returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution
10. We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All UK orders include free tracked delivery. We do not currently offer international delivery through this website.
11. Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
12. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
