How refurbished prices work
Grade changes the look, not the phone
Premium, Excellent, Good and Fair describe cosmetic condition only. Every grade is fully tested and works perfectly, so Fair is the cheapest way to get a model. See our grades.
Battery is priced separately
Every tested battery has at least 80% health, and 90% on Premium. A brand-new battery is an optional upgrade on most models. Battery guide.
eSIM-only can be cheaper
Some models are available as eSIM-only phones with no SIM tray, usually for less. Physical SIM vs eSIM.
How often do these prices change?
This page reads our live stock, so prices update as soon as stock or prices change. The lowest price for a grade can rise when that stock sells out.
Is a refurbished phone as good as new?
Every phone we sell is fully tested, data-wiped and graded by our team, and covered by a 12-month warranty with 30-day free returns. The grade only affects how it looks.
What is the cheapest way to buy a refurbished iPhone?
Choose Fair grade and the smallest storage you need. If you do not need a SIM tray, an eSIM-only phone can lower the price further.
Do prices include delivery?
Yes. Delivery is free on every UK order, tracked and next working day.
